A credit is the unit Pixcribe uses to count document processing. 1 credit equals 1 page processed, so your monthly credit amount tells you how many pages you can extract data from during that billing period. We use this page-based model so usage stays easy to understand before you upload a file.

For PDFs and multi-page documents, Pixcribe counts the total number of pages in the file. A 10-page PDF uses 10 credits when processed. Images count as one page each, so a single JPG or PNG uses 1 credit. This keeps pricing predictable whether you're working with scanned invoices, forms, receipts, reports, or image files.

You create an Extractor for each document layout you want to work with and define the fields you want to capture. That lets Pixcribe pull out structured data with much more precision and control. It takes a little more setup at the start, but it gives you more reliable results once you're up and running.

Yes. You can cancel anytime. Once canceled, your subscription will stay active until the end of your current billing cycle, and you won't be charged again after that.

Yes. If you need more credits or features, you can upgrade to a higher plan anytime. The change takes effect right away.

Yes. Your safety matters to us. All subscription purchases are handled through secure payment channels to help protect your payment details. We also take strong steps to protect your personal data and privacy while you use Pixcribe.

Your files and extracted results stay private to your account. Pixcribe keeps uploaded documents and related extraction data for up to 90 days so you can review, download, and manage your results, then automatically deletes them after that period.
